Knotz.co.za is a small home-run business nestled in the heart of the KZN Midlands in Howick, South Africa.
Where we have a vibrant community of horse lovers and equestrians that are passionate about the holistic approach to riding and horse care.
Knotz was born out of a frustration of not been able to get a rope head collar to fit my sweet, feisty little mare named MEL.
Mel is a Boerperd X that usually fit a normal cob size but for some reason the rope halters never fitted well.
Craftsmanship
Creating the perfect halter for Mel wasn’t easy. I spent endless hours figuring out knots and sometimes even getting myself tied up! I even questioned why I didn’t learn all those scouting knots with my boys sooner. But the excitement of finally making one that fitted Mel perfectly was worth every moment.
Now, I’m thrilled to bring that same dedication and craftsmanship to all horse lovers through Knotz.co.za. Every halter I make is a labour of love.
